Lee Tucker is Co-Founder and Executive Director of Music With Purpose. As a songwriter and live performer with extensive touring and event experience, Lee leads the organization’s overall vision, strategic growth, partnerships, and program expansion.
He oversees organizational development, sponsor relationships, and long-term sustainability while ensuring every performance reflects the mission and heart of Music With Purpose.
Blue Foley
Co-Founder & Artistic Director
Blue Foley is Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Music With Purpose. A decorated songwriter with more than 20 years in the music industry, Blue has earned multiple Grammy and CMA nominations for his work.
As Artistic Director, he oversees performance standards, show structure, stage presentation, and talent vetting. He trains and mentors participating songwriters to ensure every performance reflects professionalism, excellence, and respect for the communities served.

Vicki Rogers
Director of Administration & Grants
Vicki Rogers oversees administrative operations and grant development for Music With Purpose. She leads organizational systems, documentation, compliance support, and grant research and submission efforts.

Her leadership ensures operational structure, funding strategy, and long-term sustainability remain strong and organized.

Andrea Dixon
Director of Facility Relations
Andrea Dixon leads facility outreach and relationship management for Music With Purpose. She supports communication with senior living communities and veterans’ facilities, helping coordinate programming and maintain strong, mission-aligned partnerships.

Her role ensures consistent expansion into new communities while maintaining excellent relationships with those we serve.

Matt Cox
Director of Production & Innovation
With over 20 years of experience in Live Event Production, Matthew Cox brings seasoned leadership and strategic insight to his role with "Music With Purpose". He provides advisory oversight of the live production elements, use of technology, and innovative initiatives which help shape and elevate the organization's programming efforts and high-impact fundraising events.
